ROB MURRAY
PRINCIPAL / MASTERING ENGINEER
Rob Murray grew up in Vermont and studied music from an early age. When it came time to attend college, his love of jazz guitar along with his technical skills lead him to the Hartt School of Music to earn his Bachelors of Music in Music Production and Technology. After this he continued on to receive his masters in Sound Recording from McGill University.
Rob worked at world class studios including Galaxy Studios in Belgium, and 7Seas Studios and Downtown Music Studios in New York City. Rob has engineered for major artists like Mark Ronson, Mike Posner, and Wiz Khalifa, and has mastered for names such as David Gray, Major Lazer, and Brett Dennen.
Rob now works as an independent mastering engineer in NYC.
